The Deerfield Valley Communications Union District has big plans that affect all of us — bringing affordable, reliable high-speed Internet service to southern Vermont households and businesses. As we activate DVFiber.net, the entity that will power high-speed broadband in our region, there is lots of work to be done, including website design, writing news stories, financial management, operations expertise, research, and liaising with the Vermont legislature and only the residents of its member towns can do it. 

To achieve its goals, DVCUD invites folks in Vernon to answer this call to action at two levels: 1) by forming a local Broadband Committee or 2) by volunteering for committee work with the DVCUD Governing Board.
