Vermont’s Primary election will take place August 9th, and you can vote early. Please call or email the Vernon Town Clerk’s office 802 257 0292 or clerk@vernonvt.org .We can mail you a ballot, or stop in.

Voting will take place in person August 9 from 7 AM until 7 PM in the basement of Vernon Town Hall. Youcan also register to vote on election day, or if you choose to pick up your ballot earlier. If you are already registered to vote, you do not need to do so again.

Each voter will be given a Democratic, Progressive and a Republican ballot. Yoi canb vote on  only one, Send both the voted ballot in the voter envelope and the non voted ballots in the non voted envelope. You can either mail them or place them in the outside drop box at town hall.
