Rural Innovation Strategies, Inc. (RISI) is working with the State of Vermont Department of Public Service (PSD) to develop their COVID-19 Emergency Response Telecommunications Recovery Plan as part of Vermont’s CARES Act funding initiatives. Funding for this project was appropriated to the PSD by Act 13.  

We are surveying Vermont residents and business owners in order to better understand their use of Internet and wireless enabled services since the onset of the pandemic. This will provide insight into the changing landscape of telecommunication needs and how the state could address existing challenges in the near term.  As such, we are asking for your assistance:
