The Vernon School District Board would like to update the community on our school district’s preparations for the Coronavirus.  Click here for a communication from WSESU Superintendent Lyle Holiday.  With her leadership and that of Principal Mary Ross at Vernon Elementary School, the educational community as a whole is working along with state officials to stay prepared.  

If/when schools are given the word to close there will likely not be advanced notice so parents may want to start putting childcare plans together now.
