News from the Cold Brook store: 

The store is now officially licensed, and has a scale, in order to slice meats/cheeses! So, for now, the deli is open Monday – Friday till 3 pm for that purpose. The dilemma is that in order to slice, one has to be 18. So till they have that figured out, they will continue to post (on the Vernon Facebook group) the hours the deli will be available on the weekends ( when we have someone of age working) and there will be pre-sliced meats (fresh) in the cooler. 

That leads to the next bit of good news. The store’s new fridge is finally arriving this week. This will allows them to finally have the meat, veggies, dairy, etc. They are hoping that by next week the selection will be available!
