Vermont has been my home for 14 years, and my family and I have been residents of Vernon since 2010. Being a firm believer in volunteer work, I have been actively volunteering in and around the community since moving to Vermont in 2002.
Participating in my first “Green Up” day in 2002, coaching my son’s t-ball and little league teams, and volunteering on the Vernon Recreation Board has allowed me to experience the sense of community in and around Vernon. My family and I look forward to events where we are able to volunteer together, especially the annual Vernon Basketball Tournament.I have most recently spent time volunteering in the Vernon Town Clerk’s Office and am excited to bring my experience with electronic record keeping, paralegal work and customer service to the office of Vernon Town Clerk. Let’s work together to meet the changing needs of our town! Contact me with your ideas, questions or comments at: MFERRIS09@YAHOO.COM
