Good morning!
It’s good to be back! Last week I attended The Vermont Municipal Clerk’s & Treasurers Association conference where they celebrated 90 years. While I was there, I attended several training sessions. From land records best practices to working through differences to build a stronger community.
The senior’s meet today at noon downstairs for their business meeting.
The recreation department meets tonight 6pm at the rec office at the school.
The Town Clerks office will be running on reduced hours September 15th through 21st the office will be open 9am-2pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Monday. Remember if you are trying to access the Treasurer’s office to pay your taxes the service window is open.
Power Transitions will be hosting an informational meeting September 23rd at the Governor Hunt House Community Center from 6:00-7:30pm.

The Treasurer’s office hours are as follows- Monday through Thursday 7am to 4pm. The Treasurer can also be reached by phone at 802-257-2141 or 802-257-2140. Also, you can email at vatreas@vernonvt.org or treasurer@vernonvt.org .
Town Clerks office hours are as follows- Monday through Thursday 7am-5pm but is closed between 2-3PM. Closed on Fridays. (And by appointment) You can reach the clerk at 802-257-2139 or email clerk@vernonvt.org.
