Good morning!

The Town Offices will be closed on Monday in observance of the Holiday.

The Ballots for the general election have been mailed to all registered voters from the State. Ballots should be arriving mid-October. Please remember if you want to vote in person to keep your ballot to bring to the polls on November 3, 2026.

The Governor Hunt House Community Center is having another food Truck round up this Friday with Bingo following.  Checkout their website for more information on this event and for up-and-coming events. https://www.governorhunt.org/eventdetails

The Treasurer’s office hours are as follows- Monday through Thursday 7am to 4pm.  The Treasurer can also be reached by phone at 802-257-2141 or 802-257-2140. Also, you can email at vatreas@vernonvt.org or treasurer@vernonvt.org .

Town Clerks office hours are as follows- Monday through Thursday 7am-5pm but is closed between 2-3PM. Closed on Fridays. (And by appointment) You can reach the clerk at 802-257-2139 or email clerk@vernonvt.org.
