**Town Clerk hours tomorrow 7:00am to 12:00pm and 3:00pm until 5:00pm. **
Town Clerk’s Office and Treasurer’s office will be closed on June 18th in observance of Juneteenth.
A SPECIAL TOWN MEETING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY JUNE 23rd, 2026 AT THE VERNON ELEMENTRY SCHOOL 6:30PM. CHILDCARE WILL BE PROVIDED.
Vernon Summer Festival will be happening on Saturday July 18th, 2026, 607 Pond Rd., Vernon VT.
The Cusick Scholarship forms are now available at the Town Clerk’s office. Please stop by in person or email clerk@vernonvt.org .
The new town dog ordinance has taken effect. A copy of this can be found on the town’s website. Under Vermont State Law, Title 20 Chapter 193 Subchapter 002; License (20 V.S.A 3581) all dogs and wolf-hybrids six (6) months of age or older must be licensed annually by April 1st through the Town Clerk’s Office in the town the animal(s) reside. https://vernonvt.org/ordinances-regulations/
